The classic dogsledding in winter – January to April
In winter there are fine dogsledding lead on Disko Island. Tours start behind the heliport and goes along the slide track out in Itinneq. The temperature is normally minus 10 to minus 15 degrees Celsius.

Trip goes north of the sled track through the beautiful Kuup Ilua to Tunusuata Koorua, and the same track home. Before the trip home, there will be a small sandwich and some hot to drink.
